Due to the unique nature of our personalized candle jars, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. However, if you receive a personalized jar or candle refill with a defect or if there is an error on our part, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

For personalized candle jars, you have a 2-day confirmation window to review the design and make any necessary changes. During this time, you may cancel your order by contacting our customer service team. However, once the 2-day confirmation window has ended and you have confirmed the design, cancellations are no longer possible. For not personalized candle kits and candle refills, you may request cancellation only if the refills have not yet been shipped out.
