Within 1-2 business days of your purchase, our dedicated team will promptly send you an image of your personalized candle jar, allowing you to have an initial glimpse of the design. After receiving the image, we provide a 2-day window for you to review the design and make any desired changes or adjustments. Your confirmation during this time is crucial to proceed with the hand-painting process. If we do not receive a confirmation email by the end of the 2nd day, we will consider the design as confirmed and proceed with the hand-painting. There will be a deadline confirmation date and time so you know exactly when you have until. Once we receive your confirmation, our talented artists will begin the meticulous hand-painting of your personalized candle jar. This process typically takes approximately 4-8 business days to complete. During this time, our skilled craftsmen pour their dedication and attention into every stroke, ensuring that your design is beautifully rendered and captures the essence of your loved one's memory. Once the jar is painted, we will ship it out via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery. In total, you should expect to receive your personalized candle jar within 6-15 business days. We understand the significance of this tribute and strive to provide a seamless and timely experience, ensuring that your personalized candle jar arrives to you with care and in a timely manner. Due to the unique nature of our personalized candle jars, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. However, if you receive a personalized jar or candle refill with a defect or if there is an error on our part, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

For personalized candle jars, you have a 2-day confirmation window to review the design and make any necessary changes. During this time, you may cancel your order by contacting our customer service team. However, once the 2-day confirmation window has ended and you have confirmed the design, cancellations are no longer possible. For candle refills, you may request cancellation only if the refills have not yet been shipped out. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request the cancellation.
