During this time, you may cancel your order by contacting our customer service team. However, once the 2-day confirmation window has ended and you have confirmed the design, cancellations are no longer possible. Cancellation of Not Personalized Candle Kits: If you have purchased a candle kit that is not personalized and wish to cancel your order, you may do so only if the kit has not yet been shipped out. Cancellation of Candle Refills: If you have purchased candle refills and wish to cancel your order, you may do so only if the refills have not yet been shipped out. Please contact our customer service team at support@sweetheartscents.com as soon as possible to request the cancellation.

Defective or Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that you receive a personalized candle jar or candle refill with a defect or if there is an error on our part, please contact our customer service team via email at support@sweetheartscents.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the jar is completed, we will ship it out via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery.
