Cancellation of Not Personalized Candle Kits: If you have purchased a candle kit that is not personalized and wish to cancel your order, you may do so only if the kit has not yet been shipped out. If we do not receive a confirmation email by the end of the 2nd day, we will consider the design as confirmed and proceed with personalization. There will be a deadline confirmation date and time in the confirmation email so you know exactly when you have until.

Once we receive your confirmation, our talented artists will begin creating your personalized candle jar. This process typically takes approximately 2-5 business days to complete. Once the jar is personalized, we will ship it out via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery. In total, you should expect to receive your personalized candle jar within 4-12 business days.
